So the Friday night gods did not want Stephanie and I to do anything last night. We went to Mongolian first. They were OK with that. Mmmmm, Mongolian. Then we decided we'd save shopping for today and we'd go see The Wedding Date since it's a sappy girl movie and TJ and Jeremy would probably not want to see it. So we go to a theater and the only things playing are The Pacifier and something starring John Travolta. So we go to another theater. This one has no movies. There's just nothing on the marquee. So we go to a third theater. This one doesn't have The Wedding Date, but it has Finding Neverland, an acceptable substitute. But it doesn't start for an hour and a half. So we decide we'll go to Robots, which starts in 5 minutes. So we go to pay, and it's $12.50. Not total. Per person. I can see 4 movies at home for that. I refused to pay that just out of principle. So next option... Bowling (TJ, I know you love it, don't be jealous.) We go to the bowling alley. The first ominous sign was the cars parked on the grass out front. The second was the mandatory valet parking. Valet parking at a bowling alley?!?! It was so crowded we could barely even find space to turn around in the parking lot. So we figured it was supposed to be a Blockbuster night. And we'd heard all sorts of things about Napoleon Dynamite so off to Blockbuster we go..... Stephanie hadn't rented a movie in 81 days. So they cancelled her account. Oy. We eventually did get that all straightened out.... Today's agenda includes outlet malls. Unless they have burned down or something, it should go more smoothly than last night.

And a word of advice.... Napoleon Dynamite sucks.
