Once and for all......... business trips, even when they are to Miami, are not vacation. There will be no relaxing by the pool, there will be no flitting around on the beach, there will be no clubbing in South Beach (OK, there wouldn't be that even on vacation). However, there will be 15 hour days inside a conference room pretending to be interested in food industry trends. Atkins is out, organic is on the up-swing, it's the food manufacturers' fault the country is fat. Yup, that's vacation.

There might not be any exciting posts for the next couple days. I'll be on "vacation."
